The story of the frontier is, ultimately, one of boom and bust. The Nob Hill Inn opened its doors in 1934, during the midst of the Great Depression. Over ninety mighty years, from serving seminal beatnik poets to aspiring punk guitarists, it perseveres as an icon of everything this town once was, is now, and can be for future generations.
